Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking a UK Shoot
Your booking is only confirmed once your deposit payment has been received. If the deposit is not received once you have made your booking, it will not be confirmed and the booking you made, will be automatically cancelled.
Balancing Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all balancing payments are due 1 week before your shoot date. For International shoots, balancing payments must be made no later than 8 weeks before your shoot date.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. If you have paid a deposit and then cancel at a later date, your deposit may be transferred to a mutually convenient future shoot date, depending on when you cancel.
Cancellations
I fully understand that circumstances can change and that's why I have a fair and flexible cancellation policy in place. At the same time, I must also protect my business and minimise the impact that cancellations have on it.
Cancelling before 30 days of your shoot
If you book a shoot and then have to cancel it before 30 days, I will be able to transfer your deposit paid to a future shoot. 
Cancelling between 30 to 7 days of your shoot
If you have to cancel between 30 to 7 days of your shoot, I will
be able to transfer your deposit to a future shoot.
Cancelling within 7 days of your shoot
If you have to cancel within 7 days of your shoot and have paid the full balance, I will not be able to transfer your deposit to a future shoot, but will be able to transfer the balancing payment to a future shoot. If you have not paid the balancing payment, you will not receive your deposit back.
JRP Experience Days and International Shoots
Due to the additional costs involved for both International shoots and experience days, all balancing payments must be received at 8 weeks before the shoot date. If you cancel an International shoot or Experience Day, after 8 weeks, your balancing payment will not be refunded. However, I will be able to transfer the payment you made to a future UK, International or Experience Day shoot.
No Shows
In the unlikely event that you do not turn up for your shoot, you will not receive a refund for any payments made.
Payment Plans
I also offer a Pay in 3 payment plan for all shoots. If you would like to take up this payment plan, please get in contact before you make a booking.
